Gary started his career in the facilities management industry approximately 25 years ago working for ISS, the world’s largest cleaning and facilities company. After fulfilling a succession of roles from Cleaning Operative to Regional Manager during his 10 years of service, Gary was ready for his next career challenge.Gary began working for Mowlem (Carillion) in 2004 as Account Director, mobilising and managing soft services for the HRMC STEPS (Strategic Transfer of Estate to the Public Sector) contract.
Gary was keen to create a unique brand, and founded Diverse Commercial Solutions in 2006.
He has overseen the development of the business since inception, where his wealth of experience in the facilities management, property maintenance and cleaning industries has helped accelerate its status as a widely recognised and trusted provider in the facilities management sector.
