Lloyd joined DCS in 2007 with the responsibility of undertaking cleaning for a number of clients in the local area. Lloyd continued to work part-time for DCS whilst studying for a degree in Sport and Physical Education at UWIC. Following his studies, Lloyd joined DCS on a full time basis undertaking duties such as window cleaning, landscaping and specialist cleaning activities within the Technical Support Team. Lloyd continued to demonstrate his ability to develop his career at DCS in a succession of roles, from Area Supervisor to his current position as an Operations Director. With the support of his NEBOSH, IOSH and ILM qualifications, Lloyd currently manages approximately 100 staff overseeing cleaning and related contracts across the South-Western part of the UK.
