Head of Finance

Pauline joined the team in 2016. Her extensive career in finance spans over 35 years and her breadth of knowledge and experience has been demonstrated as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. Pauline understands that learning and development is essential and has gained a variety of qualifications including AAT Level 2 and BTEC General Diploma in Business Studies.In her function as Training & Administration Manager for McDonalds Restaurants, Pauline also undertook a management course and progressed to share her knowledge and experience to over 120 staff in her care.
