Sam undertook a three year apprenticeship with Carillion gaining his NVQ Level 3 in carpentry. Having worked with one of the world leading integrated support services companies and gaining a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience – in the facilities management industry – this provided him with the perfect platform to further develop and utilise his acquired skills. In 2008 Sam saw the opportunity within DCS to help support and develop the companies’ fast growing technical sector and is now responsible for the technical division. Sam also holds the NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) accreditation.
