Stephanie joined DCS in 2012 as the Office Junior. Her professional background in retail management brought an increased level structure and diligence to the businesses support function. Steph holds the CIPD Level 3 accreditation in HR, which ensures staff matters are dealt with in a sensitive and professional manner. Stephanie graduated with a degree in Religious Studies from Lampeter University, and a MTh in Christian Doctrine from Cardiff University. Stephanie now oversees all business support activities.
