As part of the PAKS Awards, the Senior Leadership Team reflect on the exceptional achievements and behaviours of our teams. We analyse how they have allowed us to deliver the World Class Service that forms the basis of our vision and values. Whilst it is always a difficult decision, this year has been extremely hard as so many of our team members have gone above and beyond throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
After much deliberation, we have decided that the successful candidate is Tito Giorgio. Tito is one of the longest serving Clean Team members with over 9 years’ service. Tito regularly demonstrates our company values of Passion, Attitude, Knowledge and Sustainability and continually goes above and beyond for both his colleagues and our clients. His commitment has been highlighted repeatedly throughout the pandemic and we are truly grateful for his loyal service. Tito regularly collaborates with all teams and has completed a large number of emergency reactive jobs for us over the last year. He has delivered a wide range of services from emergency deep cleans to sharp removals, and general maintenance activities. Well done Tito!
