The role – your main responsibilities:
Managing the Accounts Receivable inbox and keeping queries moving
Raising and issuing invoices accurately and on schedule
Chasing outstanding payments — professional, firm, and efficient
Reconciling customer accounts and flagging discrepancies early
Maintaining accurate financial records and updating internal systems
Supporting the Finance Director with debt reporting and month-end prep
General administrative duties that keep the finance function running smoothly
Requirements
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or finance administration
Confident with Excel and finance systems
Strong attention to detail — accuracy is non-negotiable
Clear communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams
A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your workload independently
Experience
Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably as a Finance Administrator or similar position.
Familiarity with financial software systems is essential; experience with popular accounting platforms is highly desirable.
