Plumbing repairs and maintenance
Carpentry and minor building works
Painting and decorating
General fabric maintenance
Grounds maintenance
Reactive fault finding and repairs
Supporting planned preventative maintenance
Participating in a fair on-call rota
What you’ll need
Proven multi-trade experience
Strong practical ability across building fabric repairs
Ability to work independently and professionally
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
